As you studying each Learning Module, be ready to discover that the "generally recommended lifestyle change" applies to YOU. When you make such a discovery, be sure to include that recommendation for your TLC Experience (Personal Lifestyle Change Program).
- Develop a personal Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Program combining the Physical Health recommendations regarding Nutrition, Exercise, Water, Sunlight, Temperance, Air, and Rest.
- This is your opportunity to experience a meaningful and beneficial transformation in your life - first to learn from it, and then to share it with others during your Field Practicum and beyond.
- For your personal TLC Program, choose to use as many of the strategies as possible (the more, the better), but be sure to include: Journaling, Prayer, Inspirational Reading, and a TLC Helper as key components of your experience.
- Focus especially on the process of developing a deeper, more personal relationship with Jesus Christ -- the true Source of transformational power.
