Specialty Certificate Courses
As a certified OptiHealth Provider (also known as an OptiHealth TLC Coach), you are qualified to enroll in any of our OptiHealth Specialty Certificate Courses listed below for only $99 each. These courses allow you to expand your scope of services in meeting the varied needs of your community and gain additional opportunities to earn extra income in areas of your interest and expertise.
Multiple OptiHealth Specialty Certificates are allowed. Each of these courses involve 15 hours of hands-on instruction with a certified OptiHealth Specialty Instructor. Completing a Specialty Course can usually be done within 1 month (part-time), but that may be extended depending on the specific training services available through a local OptiHealth Outpost.

As a certified OptiHealth Fitness Instructor, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to provide personal Fitness Training to low-fit, but medically stable individuals both privately or in small groups for additional opportunities to earn extra income.
As a certified OptiHealth Sports Instructor, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to provide family-oriented recreational (non-competitive) sports programs at schools and public parks in your community for additional opportunities to earn extra income.
As a certified Recreation Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to provide half-day or full-day, family-oriented, outdoor activities, such as: nature walks, hiking, trail-biking, swimming, kayaking, cross-country skiing, rock-climbing, and/or sailing, for additional opportunities to earn extra income.
As a certified Sports Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to conduct Medical-Fitness Tests and issue medically appropriate Exercise Rx's to low-fit individuals for additional opportunities to earn extra income. The OptiHealth Fitness Instructor Certificate Course is a prerequisite for this advanced Specialty Course.
As a certified Nutrition Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to conduct Nutrition Quality Assessments and provide meal planning, shopping, and preparation trainings to help families transition away from the Standard American Diet (SAD) for additional opportunities to earn extra income.
As a certified Social Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to conduct Workshops to develop Healthy Emotions and Healthy Relationships, plus follow-up Support Groups for additional opportunities to earn extra income.
A certified Lifestyle Medicine Technician is an OptiHealth Specialist who is certified as a Sports, Nutrition, and Social Medicine Technician and possesses the knowledge, skills, and Resources to conduct a wide spectrum of Lifestyle Medicine Support Services. This Course is a "triple" Certificate involving the 3 Specialty Courses at $99 each for a total of $297. This combination of Specialty Certificates is most effective for a balanced career utilizing a variety of opportunities to earn extra income.
As a certified Community Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to conduct half-day Volunteer Service Projects, such as: City Clean-Ups, Neighborhood Beautifications, and Home/Yard Restorations. This Certificate Course does not provide a direct opportunity to earn extra income, but it is excellent for outreach marketing of your TLC Support Services.
As a certified Addiction Medicine Technician, you will have the knowledge, skills, and Resources to provide intensive, out-patient, real-world Therapeutic Lifestyle Modification Support Services to individuals in Phase 2 of their Recovery Program for a special, but rewarding career challenge and additional opportunities to earn extra income.
