  • Volunteer to be a personal ScoreKeeper for 1 Player in each of at least 4 OptiHealth Kickball Games.
  • Sign-up and play at least 4 OptiHealth Kickball Games using a personal ScoreKeeper.
  • Serve as an Assistant Referee for 4 OptiHealth Kickball Games.
  • Meet with the OptiHealth Sports Manager and review your Score Cards and Game Log..
