Therapeutic Lifestyle Coach Certification Course
This is our ? course, which covers the triad of optimal health:
- Physical Health
- Psychological Health
- Relationship Health
Then, you'll take the OptiHealth Pledge and start your own self-directed Therapeutic Lifestyle Change (TLC) Program.
This course involves about 4 hours over about 1 week. You'll learn through both online self-study and hands-on training.
As a certified OptiHealth Coach, you'll learn how to get and stay healthy, and you'll be able to help others do the same. You'll also be eligible to Partner with the OptiHealth Network to help us create a culture of optimal health. You can even earn some extra income along the way.
And, if you want to get certified as an OptiHealth service Provider by taking any of our advanced Certification Courses, you'll already be eligible, because this course is the Prerequisite for all of our other courses.
